Mr. Douglass joined Blackstreet Capital Management in 2008.
Previously, he worked as an Analyst at BB&T Capital Markets, a middle market investment bank in the Washington D.C.
area, where he gained experience in M&A transactions, leveraged-buyouts, and equity placements, while working in the telecommunications, technology, government services industries.
Mr. Douglass graduated from the College of William & Mary in Williamsburg, VA, where he received BA in Economics.

He joined Green Courte Partners in December 2006.
Mr. Douglass was previously employed as a Managing Director by Pearlmark Real Estate Partners LLC, a Principal by LaSalle Investment Management, Inc., and a Principal by Jung Brannen Associates, Inc. Mr. Douglass earned a BA from Williams College, a Master in Architecture from the Harvard University Graduate School of Design, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Prior to joining NISA in 2016, he was a trader/analyst at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, where he analyzed U.S.
interest rate markets and helped manage the Fed’s multi-trillion dollar portfolio of Treasury securities.
He has previous experience as a trader at a multi-strategy hedge fund.
Stephen earned a BA in Mathematical Economics from Colgate University, an MBA from INSEAD and an MA in International Economics from Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies.
